Job summary

Chapter 2 is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead the implementation practice across multiple regions, overseeing managers, consultants and project managers responsible for delivering complex software implementations.

You will own the practice, driving delivery quality, customer adoption, team utilisation and revenue, while setting standards through methods, policies and quality controls that ensure consistency for customers and partners alike.

Qualifications

• Experience leading professional services or implementation teams at an enterprise software vendor.
• Proven ability to manage managers and a team that bills.
• Ownership of commercial targets: revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting.
• Hands-on or technical implementation background to lead delivery.
• Exposure to presales, account growth or managed services.
• Experience with multi-region or offshore delivery teams.

Our client is a global SaaS leader in finance automation, used by thousands of finance teams worldwide. They are hiring a Director of Professional Services to run their implementation practice across multiple regions.

The role

You will lead a team of managers, consultants and project managers who deliver implementations for new and existing customers. You own the practice: delivery quality, customer adoption, team utilisation and revenue.

You will also set the standards. That means building the methods, policies and quality controls that make delivery consistent for customers and partners alike.

What you\'ll bring

• A track record leading professional services or implementation teams at an enterprise software vendor

• Experience managing managers, and running a team that bills

• Ownership of commercial targets: revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting

• A technical or hands-on implementation background, so you can lead delivery from the front

• Exposure to presales, account growth or managed services

• Experience with multi-region or offshore delivery teams

• Background in finance, ERP or accounting software is a plus, not a requirement
