Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Director of Implementations to lead a team of project managers and MSP/VMS experts across global client accounts. You will guide internal and external customers through complex implementations and maintain best practices across Magnit's deployment methodology.

With 15+ years in project management and a track record of mentoring senior teams, you will drive strategic planning, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast‑growing, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years project management experience, preferably MSP space.
• 10+ years experience leading a team.
• Experience with MSP/VMS deployment and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Sponsor key implementations and mentor the project team on best approaches and strategies.
• Monitor performance, educate, and coach for growth and performance.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders to ensure sponsorship and effective execution.
• Ensure post-project reviews are completed and lessons learned are incorporated.
• Lead resource and budget planning for the department.
