Fidelity International in the UK is seeking a Director - Identity Trust to shape and lead the enterprise Identity Trust strategy, creating end-to-end accountability for workforce, customer, machine and autonomous identities. You will position identity as a primary security control plane, driving adoption of modern identity capabilities and governance with cross-functional partners.

Working with Technology, Architecture, Engineering and Business leaders, you will establish a unified trust model,

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise identity or digital trust in a large organisation.
Strong knowledge of modern identity technologies, authentication and authorization.
Ability to shape long-term strategy and translate it into practical delivery.
Collaborative leadership with cross-functional partnerships.

Responsabilités

Define and lead Fidelity's enterprise Identity Trust strategy across workforce, customers, machines and autonomous identities.
Establish a unified trust model across identity services and platforms.
Drive the adoption of modern identity capabilities and governance.
Prepare Fidelity for emerging challenges including non-human identities and AI agents.
Lead operational services through complex organisational and technology transformation.
