Job summary

Fidelity International is hiring a Director for Cyber Effectiveness and Insight to lead the first-line function assessing cyber posture, control effectiveness and risk across the firm. You will drive evidence-based reporting, benchmarking and executive insights to support risk ownership and informed investment decisions.

You will partner with governance, data, and testing teams, translating complex control performance into clear business risk perspectives for senior stakeholders and the board.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber risk, control effectiveness and security data in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate technical performance into business risk insight with senior stakeholders.
• Strong credibility with boards and executives and a track record of cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cyber Effectiveness and Insights for GCIS with an evidence-based view of cyber posture and risk.
• Provide first-line measurement, reporting, and executive insight to support risk ownership and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with data, testing, governance and cyber risk quantification teams to improve controls and governance.
