You will drive rapid remediation, collaborate with technology and business leadership, and operate at pace in a frontier-AI context to reduce exploitable risk across the firm.

Qualifications

• Senior cyber leader with strong technical depth and an engineering mindset.
• Experience building or reshaping capabilities in exposure management or security engineering.
• Able to influence decisions across teams and translate complex exposure into business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build Fidelity International's Exposure Management capability across infrastructure, cloud, applications and external attack surface.
• Move beyond fragmented vulnerability activity toward a threat-informed, engineering-led model.
• Provide strategic leadership and delivery oversight to improve identification, prioritisation and reduction of exposure.
• Drive faster remediation and resilient-by-design outcomes in collaboration with GCIS, Technology, architecture and business leadership.
