Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on identity security experience across modern platforms.
• Proven ability to lead large identity transformation programmes.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on security and AI-enabled risk.
• Strong commercial acumen and market insight in cloud-first environments.
• Track record delivering secure, scalable identity architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra and governance across enterprise estates.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture and delivery of complex identity security programmes.
• Drive identity transformations spanning Entra, governance, PAM and CIAM.
• Advise senior stakeholders with clear architectures, priorities and value.
