Job summary

Fidelity International seeks a senior leader to establish and scale the Exposure Management function across global infrastructure, cloud, and applications. You will drive a coherent program, reduce exploitable risk and shape a frontier-AI informed security posture through engineering-led delivery and strategic leadership.

The role collaborates with GCIS, Technology, architecture and business units to accelerate remediation, improve risk posture and enable trusted digital services across the firm.

Qualifications

• Senior cyber leader with deep technical understanding and an engineering mindset.
• Experience building or reshaping exposure-management, security engineering or platform-security capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical exposure into clear business priorities for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build Fidelity International's Exposure Management capability across infrastructure, cloud, applications and external attack surface.
• Drive remediation and resilient-by-design outcomes with automation and modern engineering practices.
