Boston Consulting Group seeks a Senior Director – Identity Security Lead to shape the future of identity at a global consulting firm. You will own strategy, architecture, and operations for human and agentic identities across hybrid environments, driving zero-trust adoption and automated identity controls.

You will lead four core teams—Directory Services, Privileged User Management, Identity Governance & Administration, and Secure Data—collaborating with HR, Legal, ISRM, and platform engineering

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in identity security, IAM, or related cybersecurity engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with enterprise-scale identity platforms across global, hybrid environments.
• Deep expertise in identity architecture, spanning directory services, PAM, IGA, and secrets management.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a unified Identity Security strategy spanning human identity modernization and agentic AI identity.
• Lead modernization of enterprise identity infrastructure, transitioning to cloud-native, zero-trust identity fabric.
• Oversee four core teams — Directory Services, Privileged User Management, IGA, and Secure Data — ensuring automated, resilient identity security.
