Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a senior hospitality and events leader in the UK to drive excellence across client delivery and team development. You will inspire and coach a talented events team, nurture key client relationships, and ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities include shaping hospitality strategies, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing budgets and operations while upholding the highest standards of food, presentation, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in corporate hospitality, events, catering, or luxury service.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong relationship management with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, lead, and develop a hospitality and events team with a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as hospitality ambassador for the contract.
• Oversee planning and execution of high-end corporate events, meetings, and hospitality experiences.
• Develop hospitality strategies and drive continuous improvement across service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, labour, and operational performance while ensuring standout service.
