Fluence is seeking a Director for Service Infrastructure and Cybersecurity to lead global infrastructure, platform operations, and information security. You will drive high-availability cloud assets, central data platforms, and edge environments, partnering with RMDC Tier 1, product engineering, and compliance teams to ensure security, resilience, and scalable growth.

You will oversee AWS, network security, Linux platforms, and IaC automation, while enforcing IAM, Zero Trust, and robust change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive IT infra, cloud ops, cybersecurity experience; at least 5 years in leadership.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Architect, ITIL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee global AWS resource administration and OS lifecycle updates.
• Direct network architecture, zoning, ZTA, VPNs and secure connectivity to sites.
• Lead cybersecurity operations: vulnerability management, patching, and secrets/vault admin.
• Define ITIL-based service management practices including change enablement and CMDB.
