O2 Business (formerly Daisy Group) invites applications for an IT Operations Director - Infrastructure and Cyber to oversee secure, resilient technology platforms and services supporting the organisation’s systems and staff experience. You will lead infrastructure engineering, platform operations, IT service management and end-user computing across a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-level IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification required or higher.
• Experience leading enterprise IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Management and Cyber Security at senior level.
• Deep expertise across cloud platforms (Azure) and hosting services.
• Experience with large-scale data platform operations (Data Lakes, Microsoft Fabric).
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and improve service stability.

Responsibilities

• Own operational stability, resilience and performance of infrastructure, cloud, network and workplace tech.
• Lead infrastructure engineering, cloud services, network services and platform operations.
• Manage IT service management including incident, problem, change enablement and reporting.
• Oversee service desk and end-user computing support.
• Lead security operations and SOC capabilities within CIO remit.
• Collaborate with CISO on security standards and incident response.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and resilience planning.
• Manage suppliers and partners within remit.
