Flo Health is seeking a VP of Security & Infrastructure in Greater London to unite security and infrastructure, aligning security with rapid engineering and scalable platforms.

You will define and execute Flo’s security strategy, govern risk, and oversee architecture, product security, and operations across cloud, data, and AI initiatives, ensuring privacy and compliance for tens of millions of users.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of security and infra teams at scale.
• Experience delivering security programs and risk management.
• Expertise in cloud architecture and secure SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Define Flo’s security strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee risk management, architecture, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001/27701, SOC 2, HIPAA.
• Lead vulnerability management and incident response.
