This is an extraordinary opportunity to join Refuge’s executive team and lead transformative change at a pivotal moment of renewal and ambition. As Director of Fundraising, Policy and Communications, you’ll shape the public face of one of the UK’s most vital organisations working to end domestic abuse and violence against women and girls.
Working closely with our inspiring new CEO and a passionate Board, you’ll provide strategic leadership across fundraising, communications, marketing, digital, policy, and public affairs—guiding a talented, mission-driven team of 40 professionals and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
The core of this role involves developing and implementing a bold new income generation strategy, spanning voluntary and commercial sources to ensure the long-term sustainability of Refuge’s life-saving services.
