The role is remote, ideally within ±4 hours of GMT, and involves developing and managing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, and leading partnership efforts to support 2X Global's mission to unlock gender-smart capital at scale.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in fundraising, partnership management, and business development, with skills in proposal writing, negotiations, and strategic planning. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are preferred.

Key responsibilities include developing fundraising pipelines, managing relationships with funders and partners, overseeing MEL activities, and inspiring the team.
