This position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience, with a performance-based component. The role is remote, ideally within ±4 hours of GMT, and involves developing and managing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, and leading partnership efforts to support 2X Global's mission to unlock gender-smart capital at scale.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in fundraising, partnership management, and business development, with skills in proposal writing, negotiations, and strategic planning. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are preferred.

Key responsibilities include developing fundraising pipelines, managing relationships with funders and partners, overseeing MEL activities, and inspiring the team. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a global, remote environment.
