5+ years engineering leadership experience with hiring and scaling responsibility.
Experience leading globally distributed teams across regions.
Strong technical judgment in AI engineering, deployment or infra.
Experience at fast-growing company beyond Series B with scaling challenges.
Public-facing technical communication skills and a top-tier degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Scale the engineering organization from an early-stage team to 100+ people.
Hire and develop engineering leaders and establish collaboration structures for distributed teams.
Set planning rhythms, hiring standards, onboarding practices and performance expectations.
Represent engineering capabilities in discussions with customers, partners, and the tech community.
Partner with leadership on organizational strategy, headcount planning, product and GTM decisions.
