Qualifications

• Must have led a substantial engineering function and delivered meaningful change.
• Experience moving to an AI-native operating model at scale.
• Ability to align engineering with product and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the engineering operating model adapting teams and ownership for AI-driven delivery.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted workflows across discovery, design, build, testing and release.
• Embed new practices across Engineering, Product and other functions to drive outcomes.
• Stay close to technology, challenge architecture decisions and remove adoption barriers.
• Develop engineering capability and leadership across changing roles.
• Establish evidence of impact using delivery, quality, reliability and business metrics.
• Connect strategy with execution and communicate with senior stakeholders.
