Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-million-pound capital projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects in live production environments.
• Experience following a structured project management process.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Excellent supplier and contractor management skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the divisional capital plan, ensuring projects are prioritised and delivered against business requirements.
• Lead the delivery of complex, intrusive and high-value engineering projects within live production environments.
• Work collaboratively with sites to understand operational requirements and identify opportunities for capital investment.
• Oversee projects covering capital builds, facilities, equipment replacement and upgrades.
• Follow a structured project management process for major multi-million-pound projects.
• Lead effective supplier and contractor management and ensure delivery against expectations.
• Manage project risks, budgets, timelines and dependencies with clear reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement and site leadership for successful delivery.
