Job summary

JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator is seeking a Product Director to lead a greenfield AI/ML-centric fraud risk product. You will shape the product strategy, roadmaps and collaborate with engineering to deliver capabilities for dynamic and proactive fraud prevention.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on fintech solutions that put customers first, with opportunities to move between products and squads based on strengths and interests.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience with hands-on experience in fraud/dynamic assessment products across workflow orchestration, data integration, model development and case management.
• Ability to solve hard problems from first principles.
• Bias towards craft and quality; clear and economical in communication.
• Comfort working in uncharted waters with fast-changing technologies and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Drives the direction of a greenfield AI/ML-centric fraud risk product.
• Defines product strategy, requirements, roadmap and prioritisation.
• Delivers product capabilities for reactive fraud detection and proactive fraud prevention via AI/ML.
• Ships product changes with governance aligned to engineering and leadership.
• Builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements in detail.
• Contributes to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
