JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator is seeking a Product Director to lead a greenfield AI/ML-centric fraud risk product. You will shape the product strategy, roadmaps and collaborate with engineering to deliver capabilities for dynamic and proactive fraud prevention.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on fintech solutions that put customers first, with opportunities to move between products and squads based on strengths and interests.

Job responsibilities

• Drives the direction of a greenfield AI/ML-centric fraud risk product


• Defines product strategy, requirements, roadmap and prioritisation


• Delivers product capabilities that deliver both reactive fraud detection and proactive fraud prevention through AI/ML


• Ships product changes with care and quality in line with the organisation’s governance requirements, in close partnership with engineering


• Builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and understand their requirements to a high degree of detail


• Contributes positively to a team culture that operates efficiently and supports each other

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Extensive product management experience, with hands-on experience building fraud and dynamic assessment products, ideally across a wide range of capabilities including workflow orchestration, data integration, model development and case management


• A desire to solve hard problems from first principles


• A bias towards craft and quality
