Job summary

PwC (Director level) is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Director in Cybersecurity focusing on the Microsoft portfolio. You will lead design and demonstrations of enterprise Microsoft Security solutions across PwC’s client portfolio and drive prototypes and demos throughout the sales cycle.

You will collaborate with PwC and Microsoft teams across EMEA, shaping security architecture, guiding large transformation programmes, and acting as a senior technical adviser to ensure scalable, robust

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise security architecture, cloud transformation, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record delivering Microsoft-based security solutions at scale.
• Experience with Microsoft Security, Cloud & AI Platforms, and AI Business Solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and influence strategic direction.
• Solutions Architect experience with Microsoft technology on large-scale implementations.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into viable technical solutions.
• Extensive client-facing experience building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work across multiple regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and demonstration of enterprise Microsoft Security solutions throughout the sales cycle.
• Shape technical solutions and support pre-sales activity with PwC and Microsoft teams across EMEA.
• Define the security architecture and technical vision for large-scale Microsoft transformation programmes.
• Act as a senior technical adviser, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust and aligned with client needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, Microsoft stakeholders, product teams and PwC leaders.
• Develop cybersecurity communities, promote knowledge sharing and encourage collaboration across the region.
• Support joint go-to-market opportunities, offshore delivery, technical governance and delivery assurance.
• Position innovative Microsoft Security solutions that address client challenges and drive revenue growth.
