Job Overview

We are seeking a Director to lead strategic contracting managed services programmes, overseeing the transformation lifecycle from pre-sales to post-signature delivery. The role involves supporting sales, building business cases, developing pricing strategies, and designing future-state models that integrate people, process, technology, and governance. You will also manage complex contracting operations transition into KPMG's delivery model and cultivate senior client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale managed contracting service transitions
• Design and implement targeted future-state solutions (talent, process, technology)
• Ensure projects meet financial and strategic objectives
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships
• Drive standardization, cost reduction, and technological innovation
• Identify and develop new solution opportunities
• Support firm-wide client relationship activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, recruitment)
• Develop pricing models considering delivery costs, team structures, inflation, FX, and technology over multi-year periods
• Align pricing strategies with opportunity and value-based models

Qualifications

• Experience across managed services lifecycle, including sales, contracting, and delivery
• Proven leadership in contracting transformation and outsourcing projects
• Experience in consulting firms (e.g., Big Four, Accenture)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, legal qualifications) preferred
