Morgan Stanley in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Operational Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of HR Employee Services (HRES) and lead transformation initiatives. This Director-level role champions governance, operational excellence and a world-class employee experience across HR operations.

You will build high-performing teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and partner with global HR and external providers to ensure compliant, standardized processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in HR service delivery, operations, or shared services environments.
• Deep understanding of tiered service delivery models and case management frameworks.
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience, including leadership roles in HR Operations, Employee Services, or Shared Services.
• Experience leading global teams and complex operational functions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of HR Employee Services, ensuring consistent execution of HR operations and employee services.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support evolution of the HRES operating model through process improvement and service optimization initiatives.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships across the business and partner with global HR teams and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Oversee outsourced vendor relationships, including governance, performance management and issue escalation.
• Promote standardization and efficiency across HR processes while delivering a positive stakeholder experience.
• Drive operational excellence through performance management, SLA governance, quality monitoring and continuous improvement.
