Hunter Bond is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the HR function across regions. Based in London, you will translate global HR strategy into local actions and drive organisational transformation.

You will report to the UK CEO, lead regional HR teams, and shape people strategy with senior executives, delivering high-impact solutions that align with sustainability and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous senior HR leadership experience.
• Expertise in multinational organisations; financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, including social dialogue and UK legislation.
• Broad HR expertise across organisation design, culture, leadership development, talent management, reward strategies, learning & development, and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformation and long-term workforce planning across diverse markets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across cultures.

Our client, a leading international financial services organisation, are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead the Human Resources function across multiple regions. As the HR Director, you will report directly to the UK Chief Executive. You will be a critical member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor to senior executives. Your Profile

We are seeking an accomplished HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven track record of delivering strategic impact across multiple geographies. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively across cultures.

Salary: Up to £100,000 + bonus + package
