Morgan Stanley is seeking an HRES Business Advisor to partner with employees and managers, delivering client‑facing HR advisory and supporting ad‑hoc project work. The role requires the ability to influence stakeholders in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, with strong communication across local, regional and global levels.

You will be part of the HR Employee Solutions team, driving improved service delivery and alignment to a standardised operating model, while supporting the HR Business

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent.
• Proven HR Generalist or HRBP experience (3–4 years) is an advantage.
• CIPD qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Advise and manage a wide range of employee relations issues with best practice, law, and business outcomes.
• Partner with the HRBP team on Year-End initiatives such as compensation decisions and performance management.
• Manage Occupational Health cases with risk management and outcomes.
• Provide timely data analytics and reporting to support decisions and identify trends.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, Recruitment and Compensation teams on recruitment activities.
• Assist with international relocations and assignments with internal stakeholders.
• Support monthly audits to ensure data accuracy and provide guidance as needed.
