Job summary

EY in the United Kingdom seeks a Director to lead high-impact Finance Transformation and FP&A transformations, shaping client strategies and operating models. You will drive value through analytics, AI-enabled decision support, and cross-functional collaboration with commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams.

You will develop senior client relationships, lead bids, and mentor the next generation of consultants while advancing thought leadership in enterprise performance management.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in consulting is essential.
• Experience in a Senior Finance/FP&A/Commercial role is a bonus.
• End-to-end experience delivering change programmes across Finance Transformation, FP&A, Enterprise Performance Management.
• Proven ability to build senior client relationships.
• Extensive experience of leading teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on performance challenges and complex transformations.
• Lead growth of VPM and broader Finance Transformation business through business development and eminence in the market.
• Oversee design and implementation of planning, analytics and AI tools and capabilities.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and lead on innovation topics and thought leadership.
