Job summary

EY is seeking a Director in the Value & Performance Management practice in the UK to lead enterprise performance transformations. You will build senior client relationships, drive FP&A and decision-support improvements, and manage large technology-enabled programmes across finance and business functions.

You will also lead business development, bid activity, and thought leadership while mentoring consultants to advance the firm’s market eminence and client impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in consulting is essential.
• Experience in a Senior Finance/FP&A/Commercial role is a bonus.
• End-to-end experience delivering change programmes across Finance Transformation, FP&A, Enterprise Performance Management.
• Proven ability to build senior client relationships.
• Sector expertise and strong commercial understanding.
• Strong experience of managing complex risk, quality and commercials.
• Experience of business development and revenue generation e.g. bid work.
• Extensive experience of leading teams in a matrixed environment.
• People development experience, including coaching and career development.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on performance challenges.
• Lead growth of VPM and Finance Transformation through business development, innovation and eminence.
• Lead on bids and tenders and manage complex programmes.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, developing the next generation of leaders.
• Lead innovation topics by driving thought leadership and market presence.
