Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Director for CFO Advisory, Strategy and Execution in London. You will lead engagements for CFOs, private equity, and leadership teams, driving value through transactions, transformation and finance-function excellence.

Join a high-growth practice within EY-Parthenon, shape market offerings, develop senior client relationships, and guide business development while mentoring teams across deal and non-deal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in finance transformation, CFO advisory, or transaction services.
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex programmes.
• Experience building senior stakeholder relationships and driving business development.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs, Finance Directors, CEOs and investors on transactions and finance transformation.
• Lead finance workstreams across acquisitions, disposals, integrations, separations.
• Design finance operating models, organisational structures and processes.
• Support deal lifecycle activities including diligence and integration.
• Drive value creation and performance improvement initiatives.
• Apply AI, automation and data to improve finance performance.
• Develop strategic client relationships and contribute to market-facing activity.
• Coach and develop team members and grow the practice.
