Job summary

EY in London seeks a Director for CFO Advisory within EY-Parthenon to lead high-profile engagements, drive finance transformation and value creation for clients across sectors. Qualifications

• Significant experience in finance transformation, CFO advisory, transaction services, consulting or related finance roles.
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex programmes.
• Experience designing finance operating models, governance, controls and data.
• Understanding of high-quality reporting and management information leveraging data and tech.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs, Finance Directors, CEOs and investors on transactions and finance transformation.
• Lead finance workstreams across acquisitions, disposals, integrations, separations, carve-outs and broader transformation.
• Design and implement finance operating models and processes to drive performance and control.
• Support deal lifecycle activities including diligence, execution, and integration planning.
• Drive value creation through cost reduction, working capital optimization and P&L enhancement.
• Apply AI, automation and digital technologies to improve finance performance.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and collaborate across EY service lines.
