Job summary

EY is seeking a Director to lead high-impact Value & Performance Management transformations for senior clients in the UK. You will shape enterprise performance architectures, drive planning capabilities, and oversee delivery across Finance, FP&A and business partnering functions.

You will also lead business development, innovation and market eminence, while mentoring teams and guiding career development. The role requires extensive consulting experience and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting background required.
• Senior Finance/FP&A/Commercial experience is a bonus.
• End-to-end experience delivering change programmes across Finance Transformation, FP&A, and Enterprise Performance Management.
• Proven ability to build senior client relationships.
• Strong commercial understanding and sector expertise.
• Experience in leading teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on performance and decision-making challenges.
• Lead and execute complex VPM transformations.
• Drive growth by leading business development, bids and market eminence.
• Coach and develop junior consultants to grow consulting leadership.
