Qualifications

• Experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms and ability to act as a confident product advocate.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple client priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into action.
• Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enablement programs for a market; onboard, train on OMS products, and support adoption phases.
• Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data strategy teams; relay client feedback to inform roadmaps.
• Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and client satisfaction; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop enablement materials, case studies, and success stories to showcase value to clients.
