Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Director, AI Enablement to oversee enablement across a portfolio of client accounts in the Open Media Studio ecosystem. This role is hands-on, partnering with clients, agencies and internal teams to drive adoption, engagement and measurable value from OMS products.

The successful candidate will lead onboarding, training, and governance across markets, and will collaborate with product, engineering and data strategy teams to inform roadmaps and ensure consistent,

Qualifications

• Experience in client enablement or training within a technology or data‑driven organization.
• Ability to advocate for products and explain complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Enablement Oversight: Manage enablement programs for a portfolio of smaller client accounts within your cluster. Ensure onboarding, training on OMS products, and adoption support.
• Hands-On Enablement Delivery: Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions; support change management for OMS-enabled workflows.
• Collaboration & Liaison: Serve as primary enablement contact, gather client feedback, coordinate with regional peers for consistency.
• Cross-Studio Integration & Ownership: Facilitate cross-studio deployments and governance across Open teams and studios.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor adoption metrics and client satisfaction; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Support for Growth & Retention: Contribute to pitches and retention by showcasing OMS capabilities.
