You will cook a range of dim sum and steamed dishes to authentic standards, maintain a clean workstation, and help with ingredient prep to keep service running efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings experience as a Commis Chef or Chef De Partie, a passion for Taiwanese/Chinese cuisine, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Commis Chef or Chef De Partie, ideally in Asian cuisine.
• Passion for food and eagerness to grow culinary skills in Taiwanese/Chinese cuisine.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dim sum and steamed dishes to high standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen station for quick service.
