Qualifications

• Experience in dim sum or Asian cuisine preferred; training available.
• Passion for authentic Taiwanese/Chinese cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dim sum and steamed dishes to high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station.
• Follow recipes and techniques to reflect Taiwanese cuisine.
• Assist with food preparation ensuring fresh ingredients are available for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
