Qualifications

• Experience as a Wok Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong knife skills and excellent food preparation techniques.
• Experience in Chinese or Asian cuisine or an understanding of traditional Chinese cooking techniques such as wok hei.
