Job summary

Robertson Sumner is seeking a Digital Workspace Specialist to drive growth in end-user computing, DaaS and device lifecycle management. You’ll work with an established account management team to identify opportunities, design viable solutions and help customers modernise procurement, deployment and support of workplace devices.

The role emphasizes solution selling within an existing client base, collaboration with delivery teams and a structured sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling PC hardware or end-user compute solutions.
• Experience in reseller, SI, or specialist technology provider.
• Understanding of laptops, desktops, workstations and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Digital Workspace opportunities across an existing portfolio.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and progress end-user computing projects.
• Position PC hardware and lifecycle solutions including DaaS offerings.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and define workplace device strategies.
• Produce proposals, statements of work and commercial models.
• Maintain pipeline management, forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Support handovers into delivery and managed services.
