MBDA UK is seeking a Digital Workplace Project Manager to drive digital transformation across our Facilities Management estate. You will lead and coordinate multiple projects, align them to the FM roadmap and work with internal stakeholders, suppliers and security teams.

The role requires strong planning, governance and change-management skills. The position is hybrid, with on-site work 2–3 days per week and BPSS security checks after offer. Prior PRINCE2/APM experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned digital workplace and FM transformation projects, ensuring objectives, timelines and outcomes are met.
• Translate strategic priorities and roadmap initiatives into clear, structured project delivery plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and specialist resources to ensure projects progress effectively.
• Manage project scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and resource requirements.
• Work with FM teams, systems specialists, IT, Cyber Security and other functions to enable successful implementation.
• Support the introduction and integration of new digital capabilities, systems and processes.
• Ensure project governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.
• Support change management, communication, adoption and handover into BAU operations.
• Monitor outcomes and benefits, seeking continuous improvement.
• Provide delivery insight to support FM Digital Roadmap development.
