Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to drive back-office digitisation and automation across Tendring and Norwich sites with hybrid working and travel involved. You will lead data-driven improvements and collaborate with central systems to deliver national rollouts.

The ideal candidate will have strong data skills, excellent communication, and experience managing operational change, including GIS-enabled analytics and large dataset handling.

Responsibilities

• Own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary paper and support national project rollouts.

• Work with operational teams to ensure data and reporting improve efficiency and performance.
• Develop and implement technology to digitise services and automate processes.
• Support digital training strategy to deliver end-user training.
• Assist with service changes to improve efficiency using routing and GIS.
• Manipulate large datasets for service analysis and operations.
