Job summary
Edgewell Personal Care in London is seeking a commercial Digital Trading Manager to own performance across our direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform. You will shape the digital trading strategy, optimize the customer journey and translate insights into measurable actions in collaboration with marketing, product and IT teams.

Qualifications
- Experience in an eCommerce or DTC digital trading role.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets and KPIs.
- A data-led approach and ability to translate performance insights into trading actions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive digital trading performance across the DTC eCommerce site.
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth through structured trading plans, campaigns and initiatives.
- Plan and execute end-to-end trading calendar including product launches and promotions.
- Analyse trading and customer data to translate insights into improvements.
- Partner with marketing, brand, product and IT to ensure aligned execution.
- Manage external agencies supporting digital marketing, site maintenance and platform upgrades.
- Oversee onsite merchandising and end-to-end digital customer experience.
- Support site functionality and trading capability improvements with internal teams and agencies.
