Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification: AME course completion or BTech/BEng in Aeronautical/Aviation/Aerospace.
• 6-7+ years of experience in Aviation Technical Records practices and training.
• Hands-on expertise with training matrices, scheduling tools, and ROI analysis.
• Familiarity with aviation compliance standards (EASA, FAA) or digital records management.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation of a full training plan aligned with business goals.
• Manage updates to the training matrix across teams with compliance tracking.
• Schedule and index a full training calendar for the next quarter.
• Deliver at least one internal training session.
• Establish a recurring training review cadence with QA, Managers, and SMEs.
