Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Ipswich (Outskirts) seeks a Learning & Development Training Partner for a 6-month FTC to lead a capability project, translating complex technical information into accessible training solutions.

You will design scalable digital learning, create structured pathways, and coach managers to deliver impactful learning while building a sustainable framework aligned to business goals; hybrid working with travel to other sites as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering learning or capability projects end-to-end.
• Strong instructional design skills to simplify complex information.
• Experience creating digital learning content using LMS and edtech tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Ability to coach managers and internal trainers.
• Solid project management, planning and organizational skills.
• Analytical approach to measuring learning impact.

Responsibilities

• Review existing learning content and identify capability gaps.
• Design, develop and launch engaging digital and blended learning programmes.
• Create structured learning pathways for different audiences and levels.
• Develop training materials, toolkits, guides and reusable resources.
• Coach managers and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements.
• Establish learning standards, evaluation measures and continuous improvement.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and communications.
• Deliver a comprehensive handover for long-term sustainability.
