DWP Digital is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to shape the future of digital services used nationwide. You will lead across multiple delivery teams, setting engineering standards and guiding engineers through complex challenges across cloud, on‑premises, and third‑party platforms.

You’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership, mentoring engineers, and advising senior stakeholders to turn ideas into robust, scalable services. Hybrid work enables collaboration across hubs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience across the full life cycle of cloud-based platforms and apps (design, deploy, patch).
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or Jenkins).
• Experience with IaC and multi-cloud or single-cloud configurations.
