The position offers direct access to senior leadership, autonomy from day one, and opportunities to influence company-wide AI strategy while working with Power Platform, Copilot, and Power BI within a growing FM sector business.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Drive adoption and optimisation of Copilot and AI technologies across the business.

• Develop Power Apps and workflow solutions to improve processes.
• Create dashboards and BI reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement technology-driven improvements.

The Role

As Digital Systems Manager, you'll act as the bridge between technology and business operations, helping teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently through digital innovation.

You'll identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes, improve data visibility, integrate systems, and increase the adoption of AI-powered tools across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID
• Drive the adoption and optimisation of Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies across the business
• Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate and the wider Power Platform
• Develop Power Apps and workflow solutions to improve business processes
• Create dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools
• Identify inefficiencies and implement technology-driven improvements
• Manage digital transformation projects from concept through to delivery
• Improve data integration and information flow between business systems
• Work closely with operational and departmental leaders to understand challenges and deliver solutions
• Support the development of long-term AI, automation, and technology strategies
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create competitive advantage

About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with curiosity, creativity, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID

• Experience delivering digital transformation or technology improvement projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions

• Power BI dashboard and reporting experience
• Power Apps development experience
