Job summary

Nigel Frank International in Manchester is seeking a Head of Digital Systems to lead the development of our digital systems, automation and AI initiatives. You will own technology strategy and drive Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, automation and BI to empower informed decisions.

Working with the Managing Director, you will shape long-term tech direction, identify inefficiencies and design innovative solutions across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Experience administering or improving Microsoft 365 environments.
• Exposure to Copilot, AI tools, Power Platform or business process automation.
• Hands-on experience building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows advantageous.
• Understanding of business intelligence, dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID.
• Drive the adoption and effective use of Copilot and AI-powered solutions across the business.
• Design, build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline processes.
• Develop dashboards, reporting and BI solutions to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Improve and integrate business systems across the organisation.

A growing facilities management business is looking to appoint a Head of Digital Systems to lead the development of its digital systems, automation and AI capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Microsoft technologies, AI and digital transformation who wants to take ownership of technology initiatives and make a tangible impact across a business.

Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in driving Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, automation and business intelligence. You'll have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies, develop innovative solutions and help shape the organisation's long-term technology strategy.
