Job summary

Sentrex is seeking a Head of Digital Systems & AI to shape the future of our business from the Head Office in the UK. You will lead the adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation, BI and AI-powered solutions across the organisation, not merely maintain systems.

With direct exposure to the Managing Director, you will build scalable workflows, dashboards and AI-enabled processes while driving a culture of innovation and ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive AI adoption and automation initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading our Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
• Driving Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption across the business
• Building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Creating dashboards, reporting and business intelligence
• Improving and integrating business systems across the organisation
• Identifying smarter, faster and more scalable ways of working
• Turning ideas into real business improvements
• Helping shape the future of technology and AI at Sentrex

• You might already have experience managing Microsoft 365.
• You might be building Power Automate workflows in your current role.
