Michael Page is seeking an IT Manager in Yorkshire to own the technology stack, drive digital transformation and optimise ERP/CRM and BI platforms. You will blend strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, improving processes, data-driven decision making and security across the organisation.

You will lead a tech-focused team, manage budgets and partner with senior leaders to deliver practical business outcomes and scalable capabilities.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing and developing business applications and technology services, especially Dynamics 365 BC and HubSpot CRM.
• Strong data analytics and BI capability with Power BI and dashboards.
• Experience delivering automation and process improvements using Microsoft technologies.
• Solid understanding of cyber security, risk management and information security best practice.
• Strong MS 365, Azure, Intune and cloud technology experience.

Description

As IT Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's technology landscape, ensuring business systems, infrastructure and digital services effectively support operational performance and future growth. Acting as the key technology lead, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to improve processes, drive adoption and maximise value from technology investments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the ongoing development, optimisation and support of core business systems, including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), CRM (HubSpot) and reporting platforms (Power BI).
• Identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement and operational efficiency through technology and data-led initiatives.
• Developing and enhancing business intelligence capabilities, including dashboards, reporting and management information that support informed decision-making.
• Leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools to automate workflows and improve productivity across the organisation.
• Maintaining the security, reliability and performance of cloud platforms, applications and IT infrastructure.
• Strengthening cyber security standards and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of business systems and data.
• Managing technology suppliers and service providers, ensuring strong performance, value for money and achievement of service level agreements.
• Supporting business continuity planning and technology resilience.
• Managing technology budgets, software licensing and technology assets.
• Leading and developing a direct report while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

Success in the role will be measured by your ability to improve business efficiency, increase system adoption, strengthen security, deliver actionable data insights and ensure technology capabilities can scale alongside the organisation's continued growth.

Profile

We are seeking a commercially minded technology professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and delivering practical solutions that create measurable business value.

You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience managing and developing business applications and technology services- e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, HubSpot CRM
• Strong Power BI and data analytics capability, including dashboard development and data modelling.
• Experience delivering automation and process improvement initiatives using Microsoft technologies.
• A solid understanding of cyber security, risk management and information security best practice.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and cloud technology experience.
• The ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology partners.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.

Desirable experience includes; Microsoft, cyber security or ITIL certifications.

Job Offer

• Salary of c. 70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
