Job summary

Nigel Frank International is recruiting a M365 & Power Platform Specialist for a growing facilities management business in Manchester. You will lead the development and adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform and AI-powered solutions across the organisation.

This hands-on role involves solving problems, exploring new technology, and turning ideas into practical improvements. Three days onsite at the Manchester head office with direct access to senior leadership and a clear technology

Responsibilities

• Managing and improving the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
• Supporting the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools across the business
• Building and enhancing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Creating dashboards, reporting and business intelligence solutions
• Improving and integrating business systems
• Identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and scalable
• Working with colleagues to understand business needs and turn them into practical technology solutions
• Helping shape the organisation’s digital systems and technology roadmap

Nigel Frank is recruiting on behalf of a growing facilities management business investing in technology, automation, data and AI.

The business is looking for an M365 & Power Platform Specialist to help improve how it works. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll lead the development and adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform and AI-powered solutions across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, exploring new technology and turning ideas into practical improvements.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and improving the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
• Supporting the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools across the business
• Building and enhancing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate

What we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience working with Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
• Experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools or automation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• The ability to explain technology clearly and work with people across the business
• A curious, practical approach and an interest in continuous improvement

You may already be working in a Microsoft 365 or Power Platform role, or be ready to take the next step into a position with broader ownership and influence.
