Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Systems Manager to oversee the HALO ITSM platform, provide second line support and lead technical administration across the Trust's digital services.

You will work with colleagues across Digital Services to implement developments, ensure system security, and maintain high data quality while aligning with the Trust's Digital Strategy and larger estate of 55 sites.

Qualifications

• Experience of IT service management systems in a large organisation.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead projects and work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide specialist knowledge in HALO development and maintenance.
• Provide second line support to digital system users on applications and technical issues.
• Coordinate system upgrades and new deployments in line with the Digital Strategy.
• Develop and implement digital systems security policies and procedures.
