Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with strong experience in digital and IT infrastructure transformations.
• Experience delivering complex technical programmes including cloud migrations and network upgrades.
• Ability to translate clinical/operational requirements into practical delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT/digital projects from inception to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance, risk, and issue management.
• Collaborate with IT Services, senior managers, and stakeholders to define scope and success criteria.
• Prepare regular reports for executive boards and governance bodies.
• Coordinate resources, budgets, and transition to BAU with process redesign where needed.
• Ensure information governance, cyber security, and service continuity considerations are met.
• Promote change management and new ways of working across the Trust.
