Job summary
Lloyds Banking Group in Leeds is seeking a Strategic Development Assistant Manager - Digital for a 12-month FTC/secondment. You will help build and optimise the Public Websites, turning business and customer insights into practical improvements while collaborating with senior teams and platform partners to drive delivery.
You will develop the website roadmap, analyse data, support discovery and experiments, and help maintain playbooks and standards to ensure consistent delivery across digital
Qualifications
- Good understanding of CMS platforms and website management.
- Experience contributing to digital initiatives from planning to delivery.
- Ability to build relationships across platform, technology and business teams.
- Drawing on customer needs to improve digital experiences.
- Analytical mindset with evidence-based recommendations.
- Interest in AI and its application in digital environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing the Public Website roadmap.
- Analyse customer, market and performance data to spot improvements.
- Contribute evidence and recommendations to discovery activities.
- Collaborate with platform teams to define requirements and delivery.
- Support playbooks, standards and mentorship for consistent delivery.
- Track progress, risks and dependencies; report to senior colleagues.
