Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Strategic Development Assistant Manager – Digital to help develop and optimise our Public Websites across multiple sites. The role focuses on turning strategic priorities into practical, customer-centered improvements that enhance website performance and operational efficiency.

You will work with senior colleagues and platform teams to translate insights into actionable plans, managing CMS-based projects and ensuring delivery with a strong emphasis on customer

Qualifikationen

• Experience with CMS platforms, supporting or improving public websites.
• Delivery-focused from planning to delivery with clear priorities and risks.
• Ability to collaborate across platform, technology and business teams.
• Strong focus on customer needs to improve digital experiences.
• Good problem solving using evidence, insight and data.
• Interest in AI and its potential in digital environments.
• Experience with Adobe tools in web projects is useful.
• Understanding of SEO and GEO implications for website performance.
• Ability to contribute evidence and recommendations for cases.
• Experience supporting discovery activities and experimentation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the Public Website roadmap into actionable plans.
• Analyse customer, market and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations in discovery activities and experiments.
• Collaborate with platform teams to understand user needs and define requirements.
• Help build playbooks, standards and mentorship for consistent delivery.
• Track progress, risks and dependencies and report to senior stakeholders.
